Growing Friendships (Ages 7-10)

Help your child grow strong, healthy friendships that last! Our Friendship Growing Group teaches kids how to use communication strategies, resolve conflicts, respect boundaries, and have fun along the way. A great fit for children who need support navigating social dynamics with confidence. This garden-themed group even includes caring for their own mini garden as they watch their friendships bloom!

Anxiety Busters (Ages 8 - 11)

Our Anxiety Busters Group helps kids understand the brain science behind anxiety, explore their personal worry patterns, and learn powerful coping tools to take control. Kindergarten Skill Builders

(Children Entering K in Fall 2025)

As your child prepares to enter kindergarten, this workshop helps children learn how to “practice for kindergarten.” In a small group children will work on letter/sound and number identification. They will play games and practice turn-taking, collaborative play and appropriate social interaction with peers.
