We offer tailored therapy services, including both individual and group sessions. We specialize in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, providing your child with the tools and strategies they need to manage challenges, build emotional resilience, and achieve their goals. Collaboration with your child’s school-based mental health provider is included with your session fee (with school permission), ensuring a consistent approach to supporting both at-home and in-school progress. Our aim is to empower your child with the skills to navigate life's difficulties and create lasting positive change.

Educational Consultation & Collaboration

We are happy to meet with you in person, via phone or Zoom about your child’s progress, to review previously reviewed school testing, outcomes of a parent/teacher conference, team meetings, IEP, 504 or other paperwork or to discuss whether or not an evaluation may be appropriate for your child at this time. We are also available to attend meetings with school staff to collaborate and provide support for implementation of evaluation recommendations and educational programming.

At MindSpring, we are dedicated to assisting and supporting parents and guardians in understanding their child’s educational programming (Individualized Education Plan/504) and individualized needs to best support their child’s success throughout their educational careers. Equipped with a strong understanding of their student’s needs, the Planning and Placement Team Process (PPT) and/or the 504 Process, including the services, accommodations and documents associated with these processes, caregivers become their child’s most powerful advocate.
